To delete your account and all associated data from any BuildAI Digital app (WellnessLens, NutriTrack, SafeSpend, LEAP AI Coach), please submit a deletion request below.

Email Request

Send us an email with:

  • Subject: Delete My Account
  • Your registered email address
  • App name (WellnessLens, NutriTrack, SafeSpend, or LEAP AI Coach)

Important Information

What will be deleted:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All personal information and preferences
  • Scan history and saved data
  • Subscription information (if applicable)

Timeline:

  • We first email the address on the account to confirm the request came from its owner
  • Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours of that confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation email once completed
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Note:

  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion
  • Some data may be retained for legal/financial compliance as outlined in our Privacy Policy
